Do you ever attend book events in Nashville or St. Louis? Would you consider Penned Con in St. Louis or another event close to this area?
Hi, Tonya! I consider book events anywhere. There are a few cons I do every year – CONvergence and Dragoncon, mainly– and every year I try to add one or two new ones. I did do Penned Con one year, but I found it really specific to indie authors. For example, I don’t usually set up a table and sell my own books (it makes me really anxious; I’d rather just chat about panels, etc), so that’s an added stress for me. I’m not currently planning to return to PennedCon, but with that said, I try never to say never.
i was glad to make your acquaintance at this year’s Convergence (author reading – 3 authors, 2 audience). i immediately read your boundary series from my public library. with the references to scarlett bernard, i desired to read her series, but the library only had a copy of blood gamble. i put in 3 requests for each prior book, wondering how they could not have the 1st 3 books of a series, but the 4th. i dont know if it was due to my suggestion or just a lucky happenstance, but the Hennepin Public Library now has 3 copies of each of these books on order. i still have the reviews i promised to write on my to do list.
That’s awesome, Cynthia! It was great to meet you, too!
Will you be doing a signing while at Dragon Con?

Will there be a book 4 in the Scarlett Bernard series?
Just finished Boundary Crossed and Malediction. You’re a great storyteller. I can’t wait for Boundary Lines and am going to start with Dead Spots today. Keep up the great work!!
